Infineon 160V HB and HS+LS SOI gate drivers

MOTIX ™  The integrated circuit of 160V HB and HS+LS SOI (silicon on insulator) gate driver adopts VSON10, 3x3mm small-sized packaging, with two different source/drain currents, for driving N-channel MOSFETs. Integrated bootstrap diode (typical value of 38 Ω) is used to power the external high-voltage side bootstrap capacitor. The protection functions include undervoltage locking (UVLO) on the Vcc and VB pins, as well as through protection (STP) function on the half bridge product.
